The Lilias Graham Trust offers high-quality accommodation and facilities for families during placements. The charity can currently offer accommodation for up to six families at any one time in self-contained units, including two stand-alone properties and four self-contained flats that form part of our main facility – Braendam House.

In 2016, we replaced one of our previous stand-alone properties with a brand new, three-bedroom house, Lilly Cottage.

Braendam House

The main house contains four modern, bright and well-equipped, self-contained flats with beautiful open views over farmland and the hills. The staff kitchen, office, sleepover room and bathroom are also in the main house.

Lilly Cottage

Lilly Cottage is our newest and largest independent accommodation unit, completed in 2016.

With modern amenities and decor, Lilly Cottage sits in its own garden and offers our families more independence with the knowledge that staff are nearby.

The Gate House

The Gate House is our second stand-alone, family unit with two small double bedrooms. It provides an independent living space for families who are progressing towards moving home.

The Grounds

The Lilias Graham Trust has the advantage of being set within large grounds surrounded by farmland. There is a sitting and play area at the front of the house, lawns and football posts.
